How Energy Healing and Self-Love Can Help You Heal After a Breakup

Broadcast on November 05, 2021
With Sharmila Mali
Hosted by Vanessa C. Codorniu

Self-love and reiki are good energy medicine when it comes to nurturing yourself after a breakup. The caveat is that you have to be fully ready to let that ex go. Sometimes the pain of a breakup carries over into your current relationship. How do you heal from past love pain so you can thrive now? Sharmila Mali guides you through a short body scan and energy balancing exercise during this conversation.

In this session, you'll discover:

  • How to let the ex go
  • How to stop beating yourself up (about your past with the ex, and for not getting over it faster)
  • Ways to identify the stuff you hide from yourself, and learn how to love those parts, too!

Self-Love Expert, Reiki Master Teacher, Host of The Confident Healer Podcast

Sharmila Mali is a self-love expert, reiki master teacher, creator and host of The Confident Healer podcast. She has been a lifelong, passionate student of energy healing. Born a natural empath, she finally answered the call to become a healer, and learned to use her empathy (combined with reiki, massage, bio-energetic cranio-sacral therapy, Akashic Record readings, sound healing, and healing techniques transmitted to her by divine guides) to help her clients heal. Women, especially, are drawn to her to help them heal their broken hearts from painful breakups, and to begin their journey into reiki and intuitive healing. It's an honor for her to be entrusted with the sacred act of facilitating healing by getting these women connected to the deepest parts of their souls.

Sharmila co-founded a nonprofit massage school in her beloved native country of Nepal, where people from low-caste backgrounds are taught the arts of massage, reiki and self-healing. She has also served as volunteer treasurer and board member of the Ojai Food Co-op, and volunteers for Ojai Cares offering reiki and oncology massage.
