Healing the Grieving Heart
Mary Sise will discuss grief from an energetic perspective – including the different layers of grief, the energetic impact of traumatic sudden loss, common misperceptions, and how to move compassionately through the grieving process. She will teach you a comforting energetic process to calm your nervous system. This program will be especially helpful for those who are grieving along with those who wish to be supportive of them.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How every grieving situation is unique and prior losses will have an impact on the grieving process
- The importance of acknowledging the crisis of faith that often occurs with the death of a loved one
- An experience to soothe the heart and calm the nervous system, especially from shock
