Energy Imbalances: A Hidden Cause of Gut Problems

Broadcast on November 18, 2022
With Vincent Pedre, MD
Hosted by Dr. Robyn Benson

Vincent Pedre, MD, will share insights about the lower body energy centers and their role in maintaining healthy gut function. Because the digestive system is so big, it houses the lower three chakras, becoming a grounding focal point for the body. Energy imbalances here will impact how the gut functions, as well as your energetic connection to your body. By incorporating Vincent's gut-love meditation technique, you'll be able to begin healing these lower energy centers and achieve gut bliss.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • The connection between imbalances in the lower three chakras or energy centers and chronic gut symptoms
  • How imbalances in a single energy center can lead to either focused or generalized gut symptoms, and what to do about it
  • The gut-love meditation technique, which will help repair and bring harmony to the gut and the lower energy centers
